HPMC Finishing Up 2007 With Oktoberfest and Brew Pub Tour
It's been another incredible year for HPMC. Raising over $22,000 for Special Olympics, keeping our Adopted Highway Hull Street clean, running a 4th of July Parade with thousands of spectators, hosting Fishing Derbies, donating car seats to foster children, and much more. This is the time of year we now have our premiere social events: Oktoberfest and the Members Brew Pub Tour. We're looking forward to finishing our year strong and to keep "building our community, one beer at at time."
HPMC Oktberfest 2007
That's right, the second annual Hampton Park Men's Club Oktoberfest is scheduled for Saturday, October 6. Join us in our yearly commenoration of the marriage of Crown Prince Ludwig (later King Ludwig I) and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen.So here are the details:
DATE: Saturday, October 6 Early registration due by September 21
TIME: 4:00 - 10:00 PM Kids Activities 4:00 - 7:00 Adults Only 7:00 - 10:00 German Band from 6:00 - 9:00
Brats, Knockwursts, Hotdogs, Pretzels, and Kid's Drinks provided by the Hampton Park Men's Club.
COST: $10/family(+ a six pack or German side dish)advance registration $15/family(+ a six pack or German side dish) for registration after September 21
This is a registration only event for Hampton Park residents and their invited guests (register guests as a separate family).
So dig out your Lederhosen and Dirndl and prepare to polka to the music of "Die Dorfmusikanten", Virginia's premier German band.
